You agree not to include any content that is obscene or pornographic. Images will contain no nudity. Text will not contain profanity.
You agree not to include content that includes false statements.
You agree not include any content that is controlled by copyright or other property right unless you are the owner of such right.
You agree that Beyond Web Directory, its parent or related companies and their employees will not be liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, and that Beyond Web Directory or www.beyondwebdirectory.com may be inaccessible from time to time as needed for maintenance or other reasons.
Listings sold as "permanent" will remain listed for the life of the site. Beyond Web Directory and its parent or related companies will have sole discretion on the termination of the site. (Our intention is to keep the site running)
Beyond Web Directory will have sole discretion in determining the appropriateness of a listing, and will remove offensive listings without warning. We will not tolerate abuse. If Beyond Web Directory considers an offense to be minor, we may contact the member to offer the opportunity to correct the issue, but Beyond Web Directory is not required to do this. If Beyond Web Directory considers the offense to be major, the account will be terminated with no contact.

Beyond Web Directory makes no guarantee of improved page rank, SERP or clicks-through.
